CESAR GRAIN

Principle / Application

« Detect without fail for the presence of insects and larvae in cereals and control the quality of your seed»

The only automated system of detection of insects infecting cereals, CESAR GRAIN operates by listening to the vibrations generated by insects and larvae on the seed. It recognizes their presence and sets off a visual alarm.

- It is equipped to deal with all types of insects in all types of cereals
- It evaluates the density of the infestation and the temperature
- It enables insecticide treatments to be adapted or reduced
- It reduces loss (damages to batches)
- It is possible to store the results on a PC > Traceable.

A CESAR GRAIN system is made up of :

- A container designed to receive a sample of the cereals to be checked (1.5kg maximum), acoustically isolated, with an electronic sensor and a heating system to increase the activity of the insects
- Data analysis software for a PC, its capture board and a cable linking the container.
