NAIAD, a navigation assistance system for divers, indicates your position continually in relation to the boat : in 360° direction and over an area of 600m in radius.
The emergency call function is your link with the surface.

A NAIAD system is made up of :
- An ultra-sound transmitter submerged several metres under the boat
- One (or several) receiver(s) fitted to the diver(s), which detect and interpret the acoustic signal regularly transmitted by the transmitter.

As NAIAD operates on its own frequency channel, several boats equipped with the system can share the same diving site without any interference between them.
